Andrew M. Rich, Attorney at Law

I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Oregon State University in 1973. In 1977, I graduated from the Lewis and Clark Law School with a Juris Doctorate degree.

Upon passing the Oregon bar exam in 1977, I immediately went to work for Huffman & Zenger in Hillsboro, Oregon. In 1983, I became a shareholder in the firm which continues today as Andrew M. Rich, P.C.

For years, my practice was devoted primarily to litigation — both civil and criminal. As a trial lawyer, I was involved in many major cases, some of which involved appeals.

Since the early 1990s, my areas of practice have shifted from litigation to estate planning, trusts, probate and other matters related to the administration of estates upon death. My skills as a litigator, however, and the relationships I've developed with judges and courthouse staff, are invaluable when estate-related disputes arise.
