About Our Firm
Andrew M. Rich, P.C. was originally established in 1963 as a partnership called Huffman & Zenger by attorneys, Thomas A. Huffman and H. Kenneth Zenger. In 1982, Tom and Ken formed a professional corporation, Huffman & Zenger, P.C.
Mr. Rich joined the partnership in 1977 as an associate, and in 1983 became a shareholder of the professional corporation. The firm was renamed Huffman, Zenger & Rich, P.C., and the team practiced together for more than 20 years.
Tom retired in 1998, dying the following year, and Ken retired in March 2001. Mr. Rich has continued to practice alone as a professional corporation under the name Andrew M. Rich, P.C., and with more than 33 years of experience, is well-equipped to serve his clients. His years in practice are the foundation of many long-term client relationships, and he has retained many clients of his former partners as his own.
Bill Schwenn shared office space with the firm for many years until his retirement. Bill represented many clients in estate planning, trust, probate, and real property matters, and many of his clients have remained with Mr. Rich.
